Terms of Sale
1. Seller and scope
These terms apply to purchases of digital kits on steadyexecutor.com. The kits are offered only to customers who live outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. By ordering, you confirm that you live outside the European Union and the European Economic Area at the time of your order. Orders with a billing address in the European Union or the European Economic Area are cancelled and refunded in full. The kits are published by Mathieu Silva, entrepreneur individuel, SIREN 980 654 073, RCS Toulon, France ("Steady Executor"). Payment is processed by Stripe through Link, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction and issues your receipt.
2. Products
Each kit is a set of downloadable Word and Excel files for one jurisdiction, described on its product page with the exact file names. Bundles combine two kits. The kits contain general information and self-help templates. They are not legal advice, do not take your circumstances into account and are not a substitute for a lawyer. Laws and forms change; each rule in a kit links to its official source so you can check it.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency of the kit's country. For US and Canadian kits, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. For UK and Australian kits, prices include VAT or GST where it applies. Link calculates the tax based on your location.
4. Order and delivery
Your order is confirmed when the payment is confirmed. You then receive a private download link by email and on the confirmation page. The link can be used 5 times within 30 days. Please save the files on receipt.
5. Right of withdrawal
The kits are digital content supplied immediately. Before paying, you expressly agree that delivery starts as soon as payment is confirmed and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code and equivalent rules). This does not affect your rights if a file is defective; see the Refund Policy.
6. Licence
When you buy a kit, Steady Executor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for the administration of an estate in which you are involved, including sharing them with a co-executor or co-administrator of the same estate. You may edit, print and fill in the files for that purpose. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload to a sharing site, distribute or use the files to provide services to others, or remove the licence information in the files. Each file carries the buyer's email and order number.
7. Liability
The kits are provided as general information and tools. Steady Executor is not responsible for decisions you make in the administration of an estate. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Support
We help with downloads, file problems and refunds at contact@steadyexecutor.com. We cannot advise on individual estates.
9. Complaints and disputes
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, write to contact@steadyexecutor.com with your order number: we answer every complaint and try to resolve it amicably. You can also contact Link support, which handles payment and refund requests for your transaction. If no amicable solution is found, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
