What we collect and why. Your email address, name if given, order details and download history, to deliver your kit and handle support (performance of the contract). A hashed version of your IP address and your browser type, to protect download links from abuse and to keep proof of your consent at checkout (legitimate interest and legal obligation). Contact form messages, to answer you.

Payment data. Card details are handled by Stripe and Link and never reach us. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment.

Processors. Stripe and Link (payments), Lovable and its hosting providers (website, database and storage), Resend (email).

Cookies. The website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

Retention. Orders and consent records: 10 years for accounting and legal proof. Download logs: 12 months. Contact messages: 3 years after the last exchange.

International transfers. Some processors are located outside the European Union; transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, by email to contact@steadyexecutor.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.
