How we research our kits
Every kit starts with a fact sheet for its jurisdiction. Each rule, deadline, threshold, rate and form name on it comes from a primary source: the statute, the court or registry, or the government agency that applies it. Where only a secondary source was available, we say so internally and either confirm it elsewhere or leave it out.
We then write the guide, the workbook and the letters from that fact sheet only.
Before a kit is published, a reviewer who did not write it checks the final text against the official sources and lists every correction. A third check covers anything that was disputed or could not be confirmed. Corrections are made in the files before release.
We do not state how long a court or office takes to process an application, because those times change. We give legal deadlines only where a law sets them, with the reference.
Our kits are general information. They do not tell you what to do in your own case and they are not a substitute for a lawyer.
If you spot something that has changed, write to us at contact@steadyexecutor.com. We check reports against the official source and update the kit for future buyers.
