Refund Policy

Because our kits are digital files delivered immediately, you agree at checkout that delivery starts right away and that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download is available.

We will fix the problem or refund you if: the download does not work, a file is corrupted or will not open, a file listed on the product page is missing, or the kit is significantly different from its description. Write to contact@steadyexecutor.com with your order number within 30 days of purchase.

Requests can also be made to Link, which processed your payment as merchant of record; Link's buyer support and refund rules apply to the transaction.

We do not refund because the kit was bought for the wrong jurisdiction once it has been downloaded, but write to us: if you have not downloaded it yet, we will swap it for the right one.
