Questions about this kit

Which kit should I start with?

Start with the kit for the place where the person who died lived. The other kit helps with the assets held across the border. Each user guide explains the route and deadlines for its own system.

Do I get two separate sets of files?

Yes. The ZIP contains one folder per kit, each with its five files: a user guide, an executor workbook and three sets of letter templates.

Is this legal advice for a cross-border estate?

No. Both kits are general information and self-help templates. Estates that cross the border can be complex; each guide lists situations where speaking to a solicitor is wise.
